However, they work in unity towards the common goal of assisting children in need in Vietnam. They strive to insure that every dollar is spent wisely and with purpose to produce the maximum benefit for the children. Humanitarian Services for Children of Vietnam was incorporated in September 2001. The organization was granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service in April 2002. All donations to the organization are fully tax deductible. HSCV is a non-sectarian organization, unaffiliated with any other organization. HSCV currently operates out of two offices. One in the Minnesota, United States and one in Hanoi, Vietnam. Please feel free to contact either office.
